The usage of this app is reserved for Torabit's customers.
The app requests permission from a Facebook page administrator to access the informations, to read and to reply to comments posted by third parties on the page.
The app collects either publicly accessible data (like post comments), or data submitted by the final user to a Torabit's customer fanpage (like private messages).
This data is collected and processed on behalf of a Torabit's customer, for the exclusive use of said customer, for the purpose of listening conversations relevant to the customer's brands or businesses, appreciating the performance of its online presence and responding to their consumers who engage online (customer service). The data will not be shared with any third party, except when required to do so by judicial order.

Access to the collected data is reserved for the authorized employees of the Torabit's customer. The publishing of replies to comments is limited to those explicitly requested by the authorized employees of the customer.
The user may revoke this authorization at any time by logging into her Facebook account, clicking "Settings" then "Apps and websites", selecting the Torabit app and clicking "Remove".
To request personal data deletion, a user should e-mail a request to contato@torabit.com acknowledging that after data deletion the user will not be able to further access the Torabit platform.
